1. General Information

These Terms of Service govern the use of the QuizPlay online store (the "Store") and the purchase of digital products.

By purchasing a product from the Store, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Products

QuizPlay offers digital quiz games and other downloadable digital products.

All products are delivered electronically. No physical products are shipped.

After successful payment, you will receive access to the purchased digital product through the website, email, or another electronic delivery method.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed on the Store are shown in British Pounds (£) unless otherwise stated.

Payment may be made using the payment methods available at checkout.

Orders are confirmed automatically once payment has been successfully processed.

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. Any price changes will not affect orders already completed.

4. Digital Product Delivery

Digital products are typically delivered immediately after successful payment.

If you do not receive access to your product within 30 minutes of payment, please contact us at info@quizplay.co.uk.

It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and ensure that emails from QuizPlay are not blocked by spam filters.

5. Cancellation and Refund Rights

Under UK consumer law, consumers generally have a 14-day right to cancel distance purchases.

However, this right does not apply once the delivery of digital content has begun, provided that:

You have expressly requested immediate access to the digital content; and
You acknowledge that by receiving immediate access, you lose your statutory right to cancel.

By purchasing a digital product from QuizPlay and accessing the content immediately, you expressly consent to immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that your right to cancel is lost once delivery begins.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights regarding faulty, defective, or misdescribed digital content.

6. Intellectual Property and Licence

All digital products available through QuizPlay are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

When you purchase a product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for private, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

Copy or reproduce the products;
Sell or resell the products;
Share, distribute, or publish the products;
Transfer access to third parties;
Use the products for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuizPlay shall not be liable for losses arising from:

Incorrect information provided by the customer;
Customer device, software, or internet connection issues;
Temporary interruptions to third-party services used to deliver digital products;
Events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion would be unlawful.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any updates will be published on this page and become effective immediately upon publication.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
